Previously, as VP Strategy Healthcare, his management brief was to identify and develop new business opportunities and to draw up internationalization strategies and M&A strategies or cooperation decisions for Deutsche Telekom AG’s Strategic Market Healthcare.
At an earlier stage in his career Mr. Lorenz was in charge of global Service & Supply Chain business at Agfa Healthcare. He began his career at GWI, where as managing director he first developed the Austrian market and was then responsible for the international rollout of the ORBIS hospital information system in further markets.

Due to years of experience in international management, Michael Waldbrenner is a proven expert on change management and market entry strategies.
He started his entrepreneurial career in 1984, when he founded his own IT business ‚Waldbrenner’ which merged in Tieto at the end of the year 2005. From 2006 to 2013, he worked in different departments of the group and took several leadership positions. For istance, he acted as Director Global Sourcing in India and as Director Healthcare in Czech Republic, where he managed the market launch as well as the expansion of the Healthcare business. Recently, he has led the Healthcare Central Europe department at Tieto as Vice President and was accountable for acitivities in the European region.

As COO of CalcuCare AG, he was responsible for clients such as Netcare or Helios from 1998 to 2006. Overall, Fabian Berger has more than 20 years of work experience in international B2B sales.

As of January 2017, Peter Böttcher has been Member of the Board of Management of Telekom Healthcare & Security Solutions GmbH. Previously, he has acted as Vice President Commercial Management & Complex with the parent company T-Systems International GmbH for ten years. In this position, he was responsible for the commercial support of international outsourcing projects as well as the mergers & acquisition transactions of T-Systems’ big deals, amongst other things.
Peter Böttcher holds a degree in business administration from the Ruhr University in Bochum. He has more than 18 years of experience in the areas of M&A, strategic management and corporate finance. Böttcher began his professional career at the law firm Haarmann, Hemmelrath & Partner in Berlin and there he was responsible for auditing and M&A transactions. From 2001 to 2005, Peter Böttcher took over the commercial managing responsibility for various international outsourcing transactions in the IT industry as manager with the consulting firm Accenture. In this position, M&A deals, financial planning and financial deal shaping were also featured in his field of competence.
