Telekom und Recare bündeln ihre Kräfte und arbeiten im Gesundheitswesen künftig zusammen und binden die Recare-Plattform in ihr Krankenhaus-Informationssystem (KIS) iMedOne. Mehr als 250 Kliniken in Deutschland nutzen das KIS. T-Systems ist einer der führenden IT-Dienstleister für digitale Lösungen, Cloud und Sicherheit im Gesundheitswesen.

Wenn Patient*innen das Krankenhaus verlassen, ist die medizinische Versorgung oft noch nicht beendet. Ein reibungsloser und möglichst schneller Übergang zu Reha oder Pflege ist für den Heilungsprozess besonders wichtig. Kliniken sorgen dabei mithilfe von digitalen Lösungen für einen lückenlosen Ablauf. 

Digitales Entlassmanagement unterstützt Patient*innen und Kliniken

„Wir überwinden mit der Integration der Recare-Plattform in unser KIS Sektorengrenzen. Patient*innen erhalten nahtlos ihre Anschlussversorgung und das Krankenhaus profitiert durch den digitalen Abgleich der Kapazitäten von passenden Versorgern“, erklärt Gottfried Ludewig, Chef der Telekom Gesundheitssparte. „Die neue Form des Entlassmanagements leistet einen wesentlichen Beitrag für ein digital verzahnteres Gesundheitswesen und für eine bessere Versorgung für Patientinnen und Patienten.“

Recare-CEO und Co-Founder Maximilian Greschke ergänzt: „Die strategische Partnerschaft verknüpft das Krankenhausinformationssystem der Telekom mit unserer Software-as-a-Service-Plattform. So treiben wir die Interoperabilität und damit die digitale Transformation des Gesundheitswesens deutlich voran.“

Patient*innen-Informationen ziehen in T-Systems-Rechenzentren um

Telekom und Recare kooperieren auch bei der Cloud. Die Telekom-Tochter T-Systems hostet in Zukunft personenbezogene Daten von Recare auf den leistungsfähigen Servern der Open Telekom Cloud. Diese unterliegen dem europäischen Datenschutz. Das Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik wacht darüber, dass der Gesundheits-Dienstleister die strengen Security-Regelungen der Branche einhält. Beide Unternehmen erfüllen die geforderten hohen Sicherheitsstandards wie die Norm DIN ISO 27001.

Digitales Entlassmanagement wird vom Bund gefördert

Das Krankenhauszukunftsgesetz (KHZG) treibt die Digitalisierung der Krankenhäuser voran. Durch den Krankenhauszukunftsfond (KHZF) werden Projekte mit einem Gesamtvolumen von bis zu 4,3 Milliarden Euro gefördert. Dafür stellt der Bund drei Milliarden Euro bereit, die Länder steuern weitere 1,3 Milliarden Euro bei. Das ermöglicht Krankenhäusern in zukunftsweisende Notfallkapazitäten, in Digitalisierungsprojekte und in IT-Sicherheit zu investieren. Patient*innenportale für digitales Aufnahme- und Entlassmanagement gehören zu den insgesamt elf förderfähigen Projekten.
