„GESUNDHEIT EINFACH MACHEN“: Die Telekom Healthcare Solutions zeigt bei der DMEA (16.-18. Juni) wie Vernetzung die Patientenversorgung verbessert. Europas wichtigste Fachmesse für Gesundheits-IT findet in diesem Jahr unter dem Namen DMEA sparks erstmals rein virtuell statt. Telekom-Experten präsentieren die Lösungen digital: im Rahmen von Messerundgängen und mit Vorträgen. 

„Die Corona-Krise ist eine Katastrophe für die gesamte Welt. Aber sie bietet auch Chancen. Sie ist zum Beispiel ein Katalysator für die Digitalisierung des Gesundheitswesens. Viele Dinge werden jetzt schneller umgesetzt als je zuvor“, sagt Mark Düsener, Leiter der Gesundheitssparte der Telekom. „Vernetzung ist essenzieller Bestandteil der DNA der Telekom. Wir freuen uns darauf, bei der ersten digitalen DMEA unsere Lösungen zu präsentieren. Und dazu beizutragen, dass die Patientenversorgung verbessert wird.“  

Diabetiker-App erleichtert Patientenbetreuung

Die Telekom Healthcare Solutions zeigt auf der DMEA am 17. Juni zwischen 14.45 und 15.10 Uhr zum Beispiel, wie Telemedizin die Versorgung von Diabetikern verbessert. Patienten speichern ihre Daten über eine App in einem hochsicheren Online-Portal. Über die offene Telehealth 360-Plattform (TH360) tauschen Patienten, Ärzte, Kliniken, Apotheken oder Krankenkassen Gesundheitswerte, Befunde und die Medikation sicher aus. Dank Vernetzung haben Mediziner den Gesundheitszustand ihrer Patienten permanent im Blick.

Security-Schwachstellen entdecken und beseitigen

Welche Einfallstore gibt es, wo sind Schwachstellen, wie schützen sich große und kleine Kliniken vor Cyber-Attacken? Dazu hat der Konzern ein Cyber-Security-Paket für Krankenhäuser entwickelt: Sicherheitsspezialisten überprüfen die bestehende IT, decken mögliche Schwachpunkte auf und implementieren Lösungen für einen größtmöglichen Schutz. Die Telekom präsentiert das Angebot am 18. Juni zwischen 11.35 und 11.55 Uhr im virtuellen Messerundgang.  

Krankenhausinformationssystem verringert Fehlerrate bei Medikation 

Die Telekom entwickelt das Krankenhausinformationssystem (KIS) iMedOne fortlaufend weiter. Rund 230 Kliniken in Deutschland nutzen das KIS. Der Konzern hat den gesamten Medikationsprozess mit der „Closed Loop Medication“-Funktion digitalisiert. Von der Verordnung bis zur Vergabe. Das erhöht die Patientensicherheit und entlastet das Pflegepersonal. Eine Software gleicht bei jeder neuen Verschreibung ab, ob sich diese mit dem Medikamentenplan des Patienten verträgt. So werden gefährliche Wechselwirkungen verhindert. Die Telekom zeigt das System im Rahmen eines virtuellen DMEA-Rundgangs am 18. Juni zwischen 13.50 und 14.25 Uhr. 

Neue Telemedizin-Anwendung für Pflegeeinrichtungen

Ab Juni 2020 bietet die Telekom Healthcare Solutions darüber hinaus eine Telemedizin-Anwendung für Pflegeeinrichtungen an. Die Plattform erleichtert den Austausch zwischen Ärzten, Pflegern und ihren Patienten – zum Beispiel per Videotelefonie. Das verbessert nicht nur den Versorgungsprozess, sondern verringert darüber hinaus die Infektionsgefahr. Ärzte untersuchen ihre Patienten bei Bedarf ohne physischen Kontakt. Die Telekom zeigt die neue, telemedizinische Anwendung für Pflegeeinrichtungen im Rahmen der DMEA erstmals einem größeren Publikum.
