The Interface Manager for Healthcare (IM4HC) is an integration server that administers, configures, and monitors all information processes from an application—from any arbitrary workstation. Monitoring is also possible via a mobile hospital app. In the hospital, patient data can be made available via the hospital network in various functional area to support appropriate and rapid treatment.

  • Highly flexible, with communications adapters for all commonly used communications standards and open programming interface (API)
  • Automatically adapts to changes in the HCM interface of the leading SAP-Systems with modifications
  • Automatic error detection and support for troubleshooting
  • Pure Java application with open, distributed, scalable architecture, regardless of platforms and third-party licenses
  • Bundles all hospital communications processes as an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
  • Simplifies complex migrations with parallel operation

As an integration server, the Enterprise Service Bus solution (ESB) receives data, transforms it into the required target format and transmits them to the target system. No adaptation to specific applications and systems is necessary, so users can work as usual with the systems that they are familiar with. The Interface Manager meets the requirements of a modern hospital integration server:

  • Free space for administrative and medical personnel
  • Increases operational reliability with tested availability and integrated archiving and logging
  • Secure investment due to open, modular, and scalable system architecture (SOA)
  • Range of options for operations, such as in-house or at Telekom data centers in Germany

  • Networks any IT systems
  • Migrates and updates systems in parallel with business operations
  • Automatically adapts SAP-HCM interfaces
  • Centralized monitoring via terminal or smartphone/tablet app
  • Open, modular, and scalable system architecture (SOA)
  • Java-based, independent of outside manufacturers
  • Meets regulatory requirements
  • Many adapters and connectors, such as HL7, HCM, WSDL, HTTP(S), FTP, SMTP, RFC, BAPI, Oracle, MySQL, etc.
  • ‚‚In-house operations
  • ‚‚Operations from Telekom data centers in Germany
  • ‚‚Tested availability, even under high stress conditions
  • Strong data security with integrated archiving and logging functions
  • ‚‚Developed for highly critical environments—proven in practice for years
